STIPULATION AND ORDER FOR DISMISSAL OF ENTIRE ACTION WITH PREJUDICE

TO THE CLERK OF THE ABOVE-ENTITLED COURT AND TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNSEL OF RECORD:
Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), it is hereby STIPULATED by and between plaintiffs FRISCO HONNEVK and BOUALAI VONGPHACHANH, and each of them, and defendant FARMERS NEW WORLD LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, by and through their respective counsel of record that the above-entitled action be dismissed in its entirety with prejudice. This Stipulation of Dismissal with prejudice is made pursuant to the terms and conditions of a Confidential Settlement Agreement and Release.
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that the parties shall bear and pay their own attorney's fees, costs and expenses incurred in this action.
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that the above-entitled Court will retain jurisdiction over any issues concerning the implementation of obligations and enforcement of the contractual obligations set forth in the Confidential Settlement Agreement and Release.
