ORDER
ALLISON CLAIRE, Magistrate Judge.
Based on the consent of the parties, this matter was reassigned to the undersigned on October 31, 2013. See 28 U.S.C. § 636(c); ECF Nos. 14-17. On October 30, 2014, plaintiff filed a notice of voluntary dismissal under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1). ECF No. 44. The notice is signed by all parties who have appeared and dismisses plaintiff's action and third-party plaintiff's action with prejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) (a plaintiff may dismiss an action without a court order by filing "a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared").
Pursuant to the parties' stipulation, this action and the corresponding third-party complaint are DISMISSED with prejudice. Accordingly, all previously set deadlines and hearings are VACATED. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this action.
