The United States of America, by and through BENJAMIN B. WAGNER, United States Attorney, and KATHLEEN A. SERVATIUS, Assistant United States Attorneys, and the defendants Jose Martinez-Gonzalez, et. al., by and through their attorneys of record, hereby stipulate to continue the hearing on the defendants' motion to suppress, from November 17, 2014 at 1:30 P.M. until December 1, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. The reason for the continuance is to permit the defendant additional time to complete its reply to the Government's opposition to the defendant's motion to suppress which it filed on October 29, 2014
IT IS AGREED THAT the defendant(s) shall have until November 17, 2014 to file its reply to the Government's opposition to the motion.
IT IS FURTHER AGREED that, for the purpose of computing time under the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. § 3161, et seq., within which trial must commence, the time period of November 17, 2014 to December 1, 2014, inclusive, is deemed excludable pursuant to 18 U.S.C.§ 3161(h)(1)(D).
