ORDER

Plaintiff, who is proceeding with retained counsel, brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security. Based upon the parties' Stipulation to Voluntary Remand Pursuant to Sentence Four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) and to entry of judgment ("Stipulation to Remand"), and for good cause shown, it is hereby ordered that the above-captioned action be reversed and remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security for further proceedings consistent with the terms of the Stipulation to Remand. All pending motions (Docs. 14, 20, and 21) are denied as moot. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment and close this file.
