STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXTEND TIME

The parties, through their respective counsel, stipulate that Defendant shall have a 30-day extension of time to respond to Plaintiff's EAJA petition, making it due on or by January 18, 2016. This is Defendant's first request for an extension of time to respond to the EAJA petition. This extension is requested to allow additional time for defense counsel to consider Plaintiff's request and to accommodate vacation scheduling.

Order

Based on the above stipulation between the parties, Defendant may have an extension of time to file her opposition brief. Defendant shall file her opposition brief no later than January 18, 2016. Plaintiff may file his reply brief no later than February 1, 2016.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
