ORDER DISMISSING THE INDICTMENT AS TO ALYNCIA ELLIOT

The United States of America ("the government"), by and through Phillip A. Talbert, Acting United States Attorney and Kathleen A. Servatius, Assistant United States Attorney, orally moved for dismissal of the indictment against the above-referenced defendant on July 18, 2016. The Court granted the motion;

On the basis of good cause, to serve the interest of justice, and upon oral motion of the government pursuant to Fed. R. Crim. P. 48(a), the indictment as to ALYNCIA ELLIOT has been dismissed without prejudice as of July 18, 2016.
