STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL OF DEFENDANT UNITED STATES AND [PROPOSED] ORDER

Pursuant to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1), the parties hereby stipulate that all claims by Luis C. Domingo against the United States as alleged in the first through third causes of action be dismissed with prejudice. All parties to bear their/its own attorneys fees and costs.
