STIPULATION AND PROPOSED ORDER FOR A FIRST EXTENSION OF TIME

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, through their respective counsel of record, that the time for responding to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment be extended from May 2, 2017 to June 1, 2017. This is Defendant's first request for an extension of time to respond to Plaintiff's motion. Defendant respectfully requests this additional time because Defendant's counsel has a higher than normal workload. In addition, Defendant's counsel was on leave April 14, 2017 to April 17, 2017.

The parties further stipulate that the Court's Scheduling Order shall be modified accordingly.

ORDER

APPROVED AND SO ORDERED.

1. Nancy A. Berryhill is now the Acting Commissioner of Social Security. Pursuant to Rule 25(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Nancy A.
