JOINT STIPULATION AND ORDER EXTENDING BRIEFING SCHEDULE

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, through their undersigned attorneys, and with the approval of the Court, that Plaintiff shall have an extension of time of thirty (30) days to file her Opening Brief. Plaintiff's counsel seeks this extension due to a serious illness in her family resulting in significant unanticipated time away from the office and a corresponding negative impact on briefing schedules. Based upon the above stipulation of the parties, and good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff shall have an extension of time of thirty (30) days, up to and including June 9, 2017, to serve her confidential letter brief. All other deadlines set forth in the Scheduling Order (ECF Doc. 4) are modified accordingly.
