TO THE COURT, ALL PARTIES AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD:

Plaintiff MAURICE D. JOHNSON, SR. and defendant CITY OF VACAVILLE by and through their attorneys of record, hereby stipulate as follows:
