ORDER ON JOINT STIPULATION FOR TEMPORARY STAY OF PROCEEDING PENDING MEDIATION
MORRISON C. ENGLAND, Jr., District Judge.
For good cause shown, the Court grants the Parties' joint request for a temporary stay of all proceedings, including discovery and motion practice. The stay will continue until dissolved when any party notifies the other that the party considers the efforts to resolve the case to have failed for the time being, and elects to end the stay, or November 15, 2017, whichever date is earlier. This case will be deemed to have been opened for purposes of this Court's Initial Scheduling Order (ECF No. 3) on the date the stay is dissolved. Defendants' May 22, 2017, Motion to Stay (ECF No. 9) is DENIED as moot.
The Parties will file a Joint Statement with the Court on the status of the case following mediation by November 15, 2017.
