STIPULATION FOR BRIEFING SCHEDULE AND CONTINUANCE OF TRIAL; ORDER
MICHAEL J. SENG, Magistrate Judge.
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, through their respective counsel, Yosemite Legal Officer Susan St. Vincent, counsel for the plaintiff, and Assistant Federal Defender Hope Alley, counsel for Joshua Velmont, that a briefing schedule and evidentiary hearing be set and that the trial currently scheduled for November 8, 2017 be continued until November 29, 2017.
