DEFENDANT'S AMENDED MOTION TO EXONERATE CASH BOND AND EXHIBITS; ORDER
SHEILA K. OBERTO, Magistrate Judge.
Defendant Bernardo Barocio Alcaraz was sentenced on July 13, 2017 by the Honorable Glen E. Conrad in Western District of Virginia, Roanoke Division, in case 7:16-cr-00008-GEC-2, to 24 months at the Federal Bureau of Prisons (See Exhibit A). Mr. Alcaraz was ordered to surrender as directed by the United States Marshal. Per the attached printout from the Bureau of Prisons website, Mr. Alcaraz is currently serving his sentence at Moshannon Valley CI with a release date of May 4, 2019 (See Exhibit C: BOP Inmate Locator). Mr. Alcaraz therefore requests that bail be exonerated pursuant to Rule 46(g) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
