On November 15, 2017, Plaintiff notified the Court that the parties "reached a settlement of [this] matter," and he anticipates filing a stipulation to dismiss the entire action. (Doc. 45 at 1) Pursuant to Local Rule 160, the Court ORDERS:
1. The Stipulation of Dismissal SHALL be filed no later than December 7, 2017; and

The parties are advised that failure to comply with this order may result in the Court imposing sanctions, including the dismissal of the action.
