STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER TO CONTINUE ADMIT/DENY HEARING

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Phillip A. Talbert, United States Attorney, through Amy Hitchcock, Assistant United States Attorney, attorney for Plaintiff, and Heather Williams, Federal Defender, through Assistant Federal Defender Douglas J.
