IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties that Plaintiff shall have an extension of time to March 15, 2018, to file Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment. This request is made in good faith with no intention to unduly delay the proceedings any further.
Defendant does not object to allowing Plaintiff the additional time to file his motion for summary judgment and, subject to the Court's approval, stipulates to the extension of time to allow Plaintiff to file his motion for summary judgment in this action. Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment or remand is now due by March 15, 2018. This is Plaintiff's second request for additional time.
