ORDER TO SEAL DOCUMENTS 339 AND 339-1
MORRISON C. ENGLAND, JR., District Judge.
Good cause having been shown, it is hereby ordered that Defendant Aleksandr Kovalev's Sentencing Memorandum and exhibits thereto, filed March 27, 2018 (ECF Nos. 339 and 339-1) shall be sealed pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 49.1 for a period of one (1) year from the date this order is electronically filed.
