ORDER

Plaintiff, who is proceeding with retained counsel, brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security. The court issued findings and recommendations in this matter on May 2, 2018. Those findings and recommendations, however, did not set a deadline for the parties to file objections thereto. By this order, the court will set a deadline for objections. Within 14 days after the date of this order, any party may file written objections to the court's May 2, 2018, findings and recommendations. Responses to objections shall be filed within 14 days after service of objections. Failure to file objections within the specified time may waive the right to appeal. See Martinez v. Ylst, 951 F.2d 1153 (9th Cir. 1991).

IT IS SO ORDERED.
