STIPULATION TO EXTEND TIME TO FILE opening brief (FIRST REQUEST)
CRAIG M. KELLISON, Magistrate Judge.
Plaintiff Ira Morgan Allen and Defendant Nancy A. Berryhill, Acting Commissioner of Social Security, through their undersigned attorneys, stipulate, subject to this court's approval, to extend the time by 21 days from August 9, 2018 to August 30, 2018 for Plaintiff to file its opening brief, with all other dates in the Court's Order Concerning Review Of Social Security Cases extended accordingly. This is Plaintiff's first request for an extension. This request is made at the request of Plaintiff's counsel due to the need to supplement the administrative record to include material evidence. Plaintiff's counsel contacted Defendant's counsel who informed Plaintiff's counsel that the supplemental administrative record will be available on Monday, August 13, 2018. The additional time will allow plaintiff's counsel to brief this matter with the updated administrative record.
