Pursuant to the motion of the Plaintiff, the California Department of Toxic Substances Control ("DTSC"), and for good cause shown, the Court finds that the Consent Decree between DTSC, and the Defendant, Benicia International Associates L.P., is fair, reasonable, and consistent with the objectives of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and liability Act, 42 U.S.C. § § 9601-9675.
