ORDER CONTINUING MANDATORY SCHEDULING CONFERENCE AND DATE BY WHICH DEFENDANT IS TO RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF'S FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT

ORDER

Base on the parties' stipulation, and good cause appearing therefor, IT IS ORDERED that

1) The time for Defendant to file a responsive pleading to Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint (Doc. 7) is extended to June 1, 2019; and 2) The Mandatory Scheduling Conference, currently set for May 7, 2019 is CONTINUED to June 20, 2019, at 9:45 a.m. in Courtroom 7 (SKO) before Magistrate Judge Sheila K. Oberto. The parties SHALL file their joint scheduling report by no later than June 13, 2019.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
