Settlement having been finalized as to all claims pursuant to a written settlement agreement, the parties to the above-captioned action hereby stipulate that the above-captioned action be and hereby is dismissed with prejudice, in its entirety as to all persons and parties, with each party to bear its own costs and fees herein, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure, Rule 41(a)(1).
