Pursuant to the parties' stipulation, this matter is HEREBY SET for a SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE before Magistrate Judge Kendall J. Newman on October 8, 2019 at 9:00 AM in Courtroom 25 at the U.S. District Court, 501 I Street, Sacramento, California 95814. Unless otherwise permitted in advance by the Court, the attorneys who will try the case shall appear at the Settlement Conference with the parties and the person or persons having full authority to negotiate and settle the case on any terms at the conference.
