JOINT STIPULATION AND [ PROPOSED ] ORDER EXTENDING THE PARTIES' TIME TO FILE DAMAGES CONTENTIONS AND/OR SCOPE OF DISCOVERY PLAN
EDWARD M. CHEN, District Judge.
The Parties hereby request a one week extension of time from November 26, 2012 to December 3, 2012 to file their Damages Contentions and/or Scope of Discovery Plan pursuant to the Court's Civil Minutes dated October 26, 2012 (Dkt. 569).
The Parties believe the requested extension will enable them to further discuss the Damages Contentions and/or Scope of Discovery Plan and determine if an agreement can be reached regarding same. With the exception of this discreet issue, the requested extension will have no other effect on the case schedule. For these reasons, the Parties request the Court extend the Damages Contentions and/or Scope of Discovery Plan deadline to December 3, 2012.
