STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, all parties hereby stipulate to the dismissal with prejudice of all claims asserted by Plaintiff Mohammed Rahoof against Defendant Yusen Logistics (Americas) Inc. Each side will bear its own costs with regard to these causes of action.
