STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER TO CONTINUE THE INITIAL CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE HEARING

THELTON E. HENDERSON, Judge.

The parties to this litigation, by and through their respective attorneys of record, hereby submit this stipulation and [proposed] order to continue the Initial Case Management Conference hearing which is currently scheduled to be held on March 4, 2013, at 1:30 p.m.

WHEREAS, the Initial Case Management Conference had originally been scheduled for March 4, 2013, at 1:30 p.m.;

WHEREAS, the parties have stipulated to extend the time in which Defendants will answer, object or otherwise respond to the First Amended Complaint to and including March 29, 2013;

WHEREAS, counsel for both parties are available to appear for an Initial Case Management Conference hearing on May 6, 2013 at 1:30 p.m.;

Accordingly, the parties to this matter, by and through their respective attorneys of record, hereby stipulate to and jointly request that the Initial Case Management Conference hearing be continued to May 6, 2013, at 1:30 p.m.

SO STIPULATED.

[Proposed] Order

Good cause appearing, the Initial Case Management Conference hearing shall be continued to May 6, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. The Initial Case Management Conference Statement shall be filed on or before April 29, 2013.

PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED.
