Defendant/Counterclaim-Plaintiff Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft") and Plaintiff/Counterclaim-Defendants Media Rights Technologies, Inc. and Bluebeat, Inc. hereby stipulate and agree to shorten the briefing schedule to [D.I. 44] Microsoft's Motion to Reduce the Number of Asserted Claims.
