DONNA M. RYU, Magistrate Judge.
Plaintiff Cambridge University Press ("CUP" or "Plaintiff") and Defendants VIP Tone Inc. and EduTone Corporation (collectively "Defendants") hereby jointly submit this JOINT CASE MANAGEMENT STATEMENT & [PROPOSED] ORDER.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
