ORDER
JOINT STIPULATION PURSUANT TO LOCAL CIVIL RULE 6-2(b) REGARDING EXPERT REPORTS
RICHARD SEEBORG, District Judge.
WHEREAS, trial in this matter is set for May 2, 2016;
WHEREAS, the current deadline for all discovery is March 21, 2016;
WHEREAS, the parties experts have requested a short extension of time to complete their reports;
WHEREAS, the parties, through counsel, agree, via a joint stipulation pursuant to Local Civil Rule 6-2(b), to the following:
1. Disclosure of expert witnesses pursuant to Rule 26(a)(2) shall be extended to March 7, 2016.
2. The deadline for the disclosure of any rebuttal experts shall be extended to March 17, 2016.
WHEREAS, this stipulation will not impact any other scheduled dates;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS STIPULATED, by and between the undersigned parties through their respective counsel of record, pursuant to Local Civil Rules 6-1(b) and 2(a), that the disclosure of expert witnesses pursuant to Rule 26(a)(2) shall be extended to March 7, 2016 and that the date for rebuttal expert reports shall be extended to March 17, 2016.
Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 6-2(a), and GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFOR,
IT IS SO ORDERED.
