This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Supplemental Deposition of Kenny Lee ("Motion") (ECF No. 1816). Upon consideration of the Motion, the Parties' Joint Letter Brief, and the papers submitted in connection with the Motion, and good cause appearing, the Motion is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART, as follows:
1. Mr. Lee shall answer an interrogatory or interrogatories as to how many times he listened to the recordings.
2. Mr. Lee shall answer an interrogatory as to whether or not during the break period he discussed the substance of his testimony with his counsel.
