ORDER SETTING BRIEFING SCHEDULE ON MOTION FOR OUTRAGEOUS GOVERNMENT CONDUCT

The Court hereby DIRECTS Defendant Kwok Cheung Chow to file his motion to dismiss for outrageous government conduct on or before Wednesday, May 25, 2016. Such motion shall be accompanied by declarations and citations to the record. In the event that Defendant seeks an evidentiary hearing on said motion, he must also set forth detailed proffered testimony; conclusory allegations will not be considered. The government's opposition to said motion shall be filed on or before Wednesday, June 1, 2016. Defendant's reply, if he wishes to file one, shall be filed on or before Wednesday, June 8, 2016.
