JOINT STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER RESCHEDULING STATUS CONFERENCE
EDWARD M. CHEN, District Judge.
WHEREAS, there is currently a Status Conference scheduled for June 2, 2016 at 10:30 a.m.;
WHEREAS, on May 4, 2016, Dropbox, Inc. filed a motion for leave to amend its complaint, which motion is scheduled to be heard June 9, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. (see Dkt. No. 60);
WHEREAS, the Parties believe it would be more useful to the Court and Parties if the Status Conference is held at the same time that Dropbox's motion is heard;
THEREFORE, the Parties hereby stipulate, subject to the Court's approval, as follows:
STIPULATION
1. The Status Conference currently scheduled for June 2, 2016 is reset to be held in conjunction with Dropbox's motion being heard on June 9, 2016 at 1:30 p.m.
2. The parties shall submit an updated Joint Status Report by June 2, 2016.
