ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE ON MOTION TO DISMISS FOR OUTRAGEOUS GOVERNMENT CONDUCT

Defendant Kwok Cheung Chow seeks a one week continuance to file his motion to dismiss for outrageous government conduct (dkt. 1448). The Court GRANTS that motion; Defendant's motion to dismiss for outrageous government conduct is now due on Tuesday, May 31, 2016. Such motion shall be accompanied by declarations and citations to the record. In the event that Defendant seeks an evidentiary hearing on said motion, he must also set forth detailed proffered testimony; conclusory allegations will not be considered.
