ORDER DENYING ADMINISTRATIVE MOTION WITHOUT PREJUDICE

Plaintiff has filed an administrative motionn to take a deposition out of time. The substance of the motion is not a proper subject of an administrative motion. Accordingly, the Court DENIES the motion without prejudice.
