STIPULATION TO CONTINUE CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE
HAYWOOD S. GILLIAM, Jr., District Judge.
Plaintiff ADOBE SYSTEMS INCORPORATED ("Plaintiff"), through its counsel of record, and Defendants LAST CHANCE BUYS, INC., and OLUWATOSIN AJIBOYE a/k/a ZOE AJIBOYE a/k/a ZOE AERIN (collectively "Defendants"), through their counsel of record, hereby stipulate and request that the Case Management Conference set June 7, 2016, be continued to June 28, 2016, or a date thereafter convenient to the Court.
The Parties are currently very close to resolving this matter in its entirety and anticipate finalizing terms for settlement within the next couple weeks. The Parties request the brief continuance in order to focus their time and efforts on achieving settlement without taking up any more of the Court's time. As soon as settlement has been realized, the Parties will promptly file a notice of settlement or dismissal with the Court.
Accordingly, the Parties hereby stipulate and respectfully request that the Court continue the Case Management Conference to June 28, 2016, or a date thereafter convenient to the Court's calendar, in order to allow sufficient time to confirm settlement.
ORDER
Pursuant to Stipulation, the Case Management Conference set for June 7, 2016, is hereby continued to June 28, 2016.
