MAXINE M. CHESNEY, District Judge.
Pending sentencing in this action, Defendant Benjamin Williams ("Mr. Williams") has been subject to conditions of release including a condition of drug testing; specifically, "Defendant shall . . . submit to (drug) (alcohol) testing, as directed by Pretrial Services." (Dkt. No. 18.)
Mr. Williams has been supervised by Pretrial Services Officer Denise Mancia and has done well on supervision. Officer Mancia further states that Mr. Williams has passed his drug tests for the past three years and she does not object to removing this condition of release.
Counsel for Mr. Williams conferred with Assistant United States Attorney Kevin J. Barry and he does not object to this modification.
Mr. Williams respectfully requests that the Court modify his conditions of release so that the condition of drug and alcohol testing is removed, and that all other conditions of release remain in effect.
