STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] SCHEDULING ORDER

EDWARD M. CHEN, District Judge.

WHEREAS, on September 9, 2016, the Court entered an Order Conditionally Granting Motion for Appointment as Lead Plaintiff and Approval of Lead Plaintiff's Selection of Lead Counsel; and

WHEREAS, the Court and parties discussed a schedule for the filing of an amended complaint and briefing of the defendants' anticipated motions to dismiss.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, that subject to the Court's approval, the following schedule shall apply in this action:

1. Lead Plaintiff's Amended Complaint shall be filed on or before October 24, 2016;

2. Defendants' motions to dismiss and/or other motions in response to the Amended Complaint (collectively, "Motions to Dismiss") shall be filed on or before December 8, 2016;

3. Lead Plaintiff's opposition papers in response to Defendants' Motions to Dismiss shall be filed on or before December 29, 2016;

4. Defendants' reply papers in support of their Motions to Dismiss shall be filed on or before January 12, 2017; and

5. As previously ordered, a hearing on Defendants' Motions to Dismiss and Case Management Conference shall be held on January 26, 2017, at 1:30 p.m.
