STIUPLATION
1. The above-referenced case is scheduled for preliminary hearing or arraignment on October 11, 2016. The parties request a continuance to November 8, 2016.
2. The parties are discussing and exchanging certain information, and conducting additional investigation, and believe that additional time to complete this process will benefit the parties, the Court, and the public going forward.
3. Time under Fed. R. Crim. P. 5.1 and the Speedy Trial Act should be excluded from October 11, 2016 to November 8, 2016. The parties agree that this exclusion is appropriate and that the interests of justice in excluding time outweigh the interests of the defendant and the public in a speedy trial.
