Plaintiffs have further requested their deadline to file an opposition to the motion for summary judgement also be extended. Defendants Dr. Marks and Pacific Redwood Medical Group have agreed to allow Plaintiffs to file their opposition fourteen calendar days from the completion of the depositions of Dr. Marks and the FRCP 30(b)(6) representative of Pacific Redwood Medical Group. 3. The Parties have set the depositions for December 7th and 16th. Plaintiffs' opposition to the Motion for Summary Judgment will accordingly be due by December 30, 2016. 4.
