Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41. (a), Plaintiff Bluestone Innovations LLC ("Plaintiff") and Defendant Bulbrite Industries, Inc. ("Defendant,") parties to this legal action, by and through their attorneys, jointly moved for an order approving their Stipulation of Dismissal.
