STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

EDWARD M. CHEN, District Judge.
Pursuant to rule 41(a)(1)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, plaintiff John C. James, individually, and defendants Comcast Corporation and Comcast Cable Communications, LLC d/b/a Xfinity, through the signatures of their respective counsel, hereby stipulate to dismiss plaintiff John C.
