IT IS HEREBY stipulated and agreed by the attorneys for the respective parties herein that the date for American Honda Motor Co., Inc. ("AHM") to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Complaint shall be extended to and including forty-five (45) days after the Court enters an order on AHM's Motion to Dismiss in Aberin et al. v.
