On January 18, 2017, Plaintiff filed a notice of settlement and requested 60 days to file a dismissal. (Dkt. No. 44.) On January 23, 2017, the Court issued an order, requiring Plaintiff to file a dismissal within 60 days of the order, absent any extension ordered by the Court. (Dkt. No. 45.) As of the date of this order, however, Plaintiff has not filed a dismissal.
Accordingly, Plaintiff is ordered to, by April 21, 2017, to 1) file a notice of dismissal, and 2) to respond to this order to show cause by explaining why she failed to comply with the Court's January 23, 2017 order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
