ORDER RESETTING HEARING ON PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO REMAND; VACATING BRIEFING SCHEDULES ON DEFENDANTS' MOTIONS TO DISMISS
MAXINE M. CHESNEY, District Judge.
By order filed concurrently herewith, the Court has found the above-titled action is related to Case No. 17-2609, directed the Clerk of Court to reassign the above-titled action to the undersigned, and vacated all previously set hearing dates therein.
One of the motions pending before the Court in the above-titled action is plaintiffs' motion to remand, filed July 7, 2017. As the Court must resolve the issue of subject matter jurisdiction prior to considering any other issues raised by the parties, the hearings on all other pending motions shall remain vacated, and will be reset, if appropriate, following the Court's determination as to subject matter jurisdiction. In addition, to conserve the resources of the parties and the Court, the briefing schedules on all other pending motions are hereby VACATED and will be reset, if appropriate, following the Court's determination as to subject matter jurisdiction.
With respect to the motion to remand, the briefing schedule thereon remains as previously set, and the hearing thereon is hereby RESET for August 18, 2017, at 9:00 a.m.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
