KANDIS WESTMORE, Magistrate Judge.
On December 22, 2016 Danny Green was released on electronic monitoring with permission to leave home only for employment, church, and court-related engagements. Judge Corley, covering for the duty Oakland magistrate judge at the time, handled the detention hearing. He has been supervised by United States Pretrial Services since that time. Mr. Green has been in compliance with all conditions and is working full time as a welder. Mr. Green is also caring for his 9 year-old son, who lives with him and his parents. They share a room together and Mr. Green takes him to his Little League practices and games. He and his parents attend church weekly.
Mr. Green has proven over the past seven months that he can be trusted with more latitude on pretrial release. For that reason, the defense requests that the requirement of electronic monitoring be eliminated from Mr. Green's conditions of supervision. The assigned United States Pretrial Officer has reviewed this request and agrees that the modification is appropriate. The assigned Assistant United States Attorney has also reviewed this request, is aware that the Pretrial Officer is in agreement with the modification, and therefore defers to the Pretrial Officer and does not object at this time to such modification.
GOOD CAUSE APPEARING, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the conditions of pretrial release for Danny Green shall be modified as follows: The condition of pretrial release requiring electronic monitoring is eliminated.
