This Court, having considered the motion by Plaintiffs Martin Schneider, Sarah Deigert, Theresa Gamage, and Nadia Parikka to extend the discovery deadlines pursuant to Civil Local Rule 6-3, and any oppositions thereto,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the motion to extend the discovery deadlines is GRANTED; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the fact discovery deadline is extended from July 21, 2017 to August 4, 2017; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the expert designation deadline is extended from July 28, 2017 to August 11, 2017; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the expert rebuttal designation deadline is extended from September 1, 2017 to September 15, 2017; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the expert discovery deadline is extended from October 6, 2017 to October 13, 2017.
All other dates remain as currently set.
