ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME; VACATING HEARING DATE; SETTING BRIEFING SCHEDULE

Having reviewed Plaintiff Kaimin Jimmy Jen's ("Plaintiff") motion for, among other things, an extension of time to respond to Defendant City and County of San Francisco's ("Defendant") motion for summary judgment, the Court DENIES the motion, TAKES Defendant's pending motion to dismiss and motion for summary judgment under submission, and VACATES the hearing date previously scheduled for Thursday, August 3, 2017. However, the Court will allow Mr. Jen to file oppositions to Defendant's pending motions no later than August 4, 2017, if Plaintiff chooses to do so. Any reply to Plaintiff's oppositions will be due by August 11, 2017.
