STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER TO EXTEND TIME TO FILE JOINT LETTER BRIEF ON ESI

Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 6-1(b), Plaintiffs Steve Rabin and John Chapman ("Plaintiffs") and Defendant PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") (collectively, "the Parties") hereby stipulate and agree as follows:

WHEREAS, on July 13, 2017, Plaintiffs and PwC participated in a telephonic hearing with the Court regarding ongoing discovery disputes;

WHEREAS, the Court's Minute Order, ECF No. 134, instructed the Parties to submit a joint letter brief by July 26, 2017, concerning the Parties' dispute over Plaintiffs' request for production of ESI from PwC;

WHEREAS, in order to exchange information and explore opportunities for resolution of aspects of the dispute, the Parties have conferred and agreed to request a brief adjournment of the schedule for submission of the joint letter regarding their ESI dispute;

WHEREAS, the resulting proposed schedule will not alter the date of any event or any deadline already fixed by Court order;

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT, the Parties' deadline to submit the joint letter regarding their ESI dispute is Monday, July 31, 2017.

PURSUANT TO THE STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED.
