STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER TO EXTEND DEADLINE TO FILE FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT

Plaintiffs Resolute Forest Products, Inc., Resolute FP US, Inc., Resolute FP Augusta, LLC, Fibrek General Partnership, Fibrek U.S., Inc., Fibrek International, Inc., and Resolute FP Canada, Inc., (collectively, "Resolute" or "Plaintiffs"), on the one hand, and Defendants Greenpeace International (aka "Greenpeace Stichting Council"), Greenpeace, Inc. ("GP-Inc."), Greenpeace Fund, Inc. ("GP-Fund"), Daniel Brindis, Amy Moas, Matthew Daggett, Rolf Skar (collectively, "Greenpeace Defendants"), and Defendants Stand (previously known as ForestEthics) and Todd Paglia (together, "Stand"), on the other hand, through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate and agree as follows:

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties that the deadline for Plaintiffs to file an amended complaint is hereby extended from November 6, 2017 to November 8, 2017.

WHEREFORE, the Parties respectfully request an order of the Court setting the deadline for Plaintiffs to file an amended complaint to November 8, 2017.
