STIPULATION TO CONTINUE CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE [PROPOSED] ORDER

WHEREAS, the parties had previously stipulated to extend time;

WHEREAS the Court approved this stipulation and ordered the Case Management Conference continued to May 4, 2018;

WHEREAS, plaintiff's counsel has a calendar conflict and must be on the East Coast on May 4, 2018;

Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-12, all parties stipulate by and through their respective counsel, request that the Case Management Conference, now scheduled for May 4, 2018, be continued and be heard on May 11, 2018, or thereafter at the convenience of the Court. All other dates shall remain the same.

IT IS SO STIPULATED.

DECLARATION REGARDING CONCURRENCE

Under N.D. Cal. Local Rule 5-1(i)(3), I attest that I obtained concurrence in the filing of this document from the other signatories listed here.

[PROPOSED] ORDER

PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED. The initial case management conference is continued to May 8, 2018. The parties shall file a joint case management conference statement seven days prior to the initial case management conference.
